efficient check-in luxurious extras attentive valet
check-in was very efficient. the horizon club offered lovely extras. the valet staff were very attentive. the mini bar had delicious options and many luxurious extras, such as a toothbrush, paste, hair ties and cotton buds.
the hotel is tough to access on foot because of the upslopes and steps.

the pool was very clean and i saw friendly staff. the room service was prompt (i got my food in under 30 minutes!).
i noticed a small scratch on the desk in my room.

convenient location opera house view delicious coffee
the hotel location near the rocks was convenient. my room had a view of the opera house. breakfast on the top floor included delicious flat white coffee.
